Rims by bolt pattern (PCD)

PCD is the number of bolts and the diameter of the circle they are placed on, for example 5x112. It must match the car's hub.

Winter rims

Steel rims or alloy rims with a painted finish are suitable for winter - road salt can damage a polished surface. If the car came from the factory with tyre pressure sensors (TPMS), the winter rims need them too: without sensors the system does not work and the car will fail its roadworthiness inspection.

What you need for fitting

New rims often need these too. On the rim page we will show exactly what your car needs.

Hub centric rings If the rim's centre bore is larger than the car's hub - so the rim centres properly and does not vibrate. Wheel bolts The bolt head seat must match the rim's seat. The original bolts often do not fit new rims. TPMS sensors If your car has tyre pressure sensors, the new rims need them too.

How to read rim markings

DIA PCD 5x112
PCD - bolt pattern
The number of bolts and the diameter of the circle they sit on, for example 5x112. It must match the car's hub exactly - a different PCD is not allowed at the roadworthiness inspection in Latvia.
ET - offset
The distance in millimetres from the rim's centreline to its mounting surface, marked on the back of the rim, for example ET40. The lower the ET, the further out the wheel sits.
DIA - Centre bore
The diameter of the rim's centre hole. If it is larger than the car's hub, you need hub centric rings; if it is smaller, the rim will not fit.
Seat
The shape of the bolt head's seat - cone, ball or flat. It must match the rim's seat, otherwise the wheel can come loose.

Fit check, delivery and returns

A rim's bolt pattern, centre bore, size and offset have to be checked against your car. Pick your car and we will show whether the rim fits, fits with a centring ring or needs a closer look.

We deliver rims by courier, or you can collect them from our warehouse.

You can return unused rims within 14 days. Before fitting tyres, put the rim on the hub and check that it turns freely.

Frequently asked questions

Not always. The bolt head seat must match the rim's seat - it can be a cone (60°), ball (R12, R13, R14) or flat seat. If the seat is different, the bolt does not clamp the rim properly and the wheel can come loose. The thread length matters too. We list the seat on each rim page, and once you have chosen your car, the fitting section offers bolts with the right thread and seat.
Offset is the distance in millimetres from the rim's centreline to the surface that sits against the hub. It is marked on the back of the rim, for example ET40. The lower the ET, the further out the wheel sits. If the offset differs significantly from the manufacturer's specification, the wheel can touch the bodywork or suspension, so the rim page shows by how many millimetres it differs from the original.
If the car came from the factory with tyre pressure sensors, the new rims need them too - without sensors the system does not work and the car will fail its roadworthiness inspection. Many cars monitor pressure through the ABS system without sensors in the rims, and then sensors are not needed. Once you choose your car, we will tell you which case applies to you.
Steel rims and alloy rims with a painted finish are suitable for winter. Road salt can damage a polished or machined surface. In the rim list you can filter for rims marked "Suitable for winter" - this marking is given by the rim manufacturer.
Many rims have a centre bore larger than the car's hub so that they fit several cars. The ring fills the gap and centres the rim precisely - without it the wheel can vibrate while driving. The ring's outer diameter equals the rim's bore and its inner diameter equals the car's hub, for example 72.6/57.1.
You can measure it on your current rim: count the bolts and measure the diameter of the circle they sit on, for example 5x112. The easiest way is to choose your car - we will then show the PCD, centre bore and approved sizes for you.
