Nokian Hakkapeliitta R5 - a premium studless winter tyre with third-generation Arctic Grip Crystals technology. Microscopic grip crystals in the rubber compound act like built-in studs - as the tyre wears, the crystals are exposed and activate a grip reserve. The Green Trace rubber compound, with a high natural-rubber content, delivers excellent grip and low rolling resistance. It has 40% more tread blocks in the shoulder and intermediate zones than its predecessor. The Double Block Grip design improves grip on slippery surfaces, and the Silent Touch tread design ensures quiet, comfortable rolling. More than a third of its materials are renewable.
