Goodride: a budget brand covering all seasons
A code, not a name
Goodride is a brand of the Chinese company ZC Rubber. The model designations here are codes rather than words: SW marks the winter models, the Z-401 is all-season, Zupereco is summer. That makes choosing harder, so the table below states the season for each model.
Three seasons at a budget price
Goodride in our offering is a budget brand with summer, winter and all-season tyres in sizes from R13 to R22. The winter tyre range is wider than that of many other brands in this price group.
| Model | Season | Studs | Diameters | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Z-401 | all-season | - | R14-R20 | All-season |
| Zupereco Z-107 | summer | - | R13-R20 | Summer |
| Z-507 | winter | studless | R16-R20 | Winter |
| SW608 | winter | studless | R14-R20 | Winter |
| Solmax 1 | summer | - | R17-R22 | SUV summer |
| SW628 | winter | studless | R16-R20 | Winter |
| SW618 | winter | studless | R14-R20 | |
| SW612 | winter | studless | R13-R16 |
There are no studded Goodride tyres in our range. The winter models are studless.
Who Goodride suits best
Goodride suits those for whom budget is the deciding factor, whose mileage is moderate and who drive on treated roads. The all-season Z-401 is one of the cheapest options if you do not want to buy two sets of tyres.
If you need studs, or the car is often driven on the motorway fully loaded, it is worth looking at a higher price group. Why wet performance is the first thing to judge in a budget tyre is explained in the article Budget or premium tyres.
