Dunlop Sport Maxx RT 2 SUV - a summer tyre for 4x4s and SUVs with a new-generation tread compound. The traction resins in the compound increase friction between the tyre and the road surface and build lasting grip. The shape of the tyre is optimised for the weight of an SUV: balanced pressure distribution across the contact patch maintains uniform contact with the road even when cornering under full load. A flatter tread profile gives a 4-8% larger contact area, depending on the size. Noise Shield technology reduces the tyre noise heard inside the cabin. Available from R17 to R21. Also suitable for electric vehicles and hybrids.
