Bridgestone Battlax BT-39SS

Bridgestone Battlax BT-39SS is a track tyre that Bridgestone describes as a high-performance sport tyre which shows its full competitiveness in production motorcycle racing. The manufacturer recommends it to riders whose priority is dry grip for sporty riding on track or for racing in the Sport Production class. Bridgestone notes that the BT-39 and the BT-39SS share the same tread pattern, but that the SS version has its own designations in the size table, BT39FSS and BT39SSR. In the European range it is a bias-construction tubeless (TL) tyre covering both axles: 80/90-17, 90/80-17 and 100/80-17 at the front, 100/80-17 and 120/80-17 at the rear. The manufacturer's catalogue marks the 2.50-18 size as track use only, and Bridgestone recommends tyre warmers.
