Sonix Snowrover 868 - a studless winter tyre that the manufacturer builds in diameters from 13 to 20 inches with speed ratings from T to V. In its tread description Sonix highlights the hook-shaped centre blocks, which maintain lateral stiffness on dry and wet surfaces and improve handling. Densely spaced 3D zigzag sipes increase anti-slip grip on ice, while the zigzag longitudinal grooves reduce snow build-up in the grooves and create grip between the tyre and the snow. The narrow ribs in the shoulder area improve handling, braking and traction on icy surfaces. The tyre carries the M+S and 3PMSF winter markings. Also suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles.
