Pirelli P Zero PZ5 is a latest-generation high-performance summer tyre developed by Pirelli together with premium car manufacturers, including Audi, BMW, Lamborghini and Lotus. The four main longitudinal grooves are set at a more inclined angle, which increases lateral stability, while progressive sipes and narrowed grooves reduce rolling noise. Selected sizes are available with the PNCS noise-cancelling system, which according to the manufacturer reduces resonance noise perceived inside the cabin by up to 50 per cent. Across the entire size range the tyre has earned a class A rating for wet grip on the EU label. The PZ5 is available from 18 to 23 inches, including with ELECT, Run Flat and Seal Inside technologies. Also suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles.
