Nexen Winguard Ice 3

Nexen Winguard Ice 3 is a studless winter tyre for Northern European conditions. The new Nordic compound, with a higher proportion of hydrophilic filler, holds grip on wet and snow-covered surfaces. A V-shaped tread pattern and saw-tooth block design create extra biting edges, while Step Edge wave grooves and 3D Kerf sipes keep the blocks rigid. Micro-sipes provide grip from the very first kilometres, and a wide profile increases the contact area. In winter testing the model earned the Ice Grip marking, which confirms its performance on ice. The tyre carries the 3PMSF winter marking. Also suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles.
