Nankang NS-2R Sportnex

Nankang NS-2R Sportnex - a semi-slick sports tyre intended for both public roads and the track. The manufacturer offers it in sizes from 13 to 18 inches and in two compounds - Track, the soft one, and Street, the medium one - with a separate compound available for racing. The treadwear rating is 120 for Track, 180 for Street and 100 or 80 for the racing version. In most sizes the tyre is road legal, so you can head out to the track without changing tyres. The NS-2R serves as the control tyre in several UK racing series, including Compact Cup, 330 Challenge and Civic Cup. Also suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles.
