Metzeler is a German brand that has been making motorcycle tyres since 1892 and still sticks to them today - the Metzeler range holds no passenger car tyres. Since 1986, when Pirelli bought Metzeler Kautschuk AG, the brand has belonged to the Pirelli group, where it operates as a separate premium motorcycle tyre line.
In our catalogue Metzeler covers all the main riding styles. The Sportec and Roadtec are made for road and sport riding, the Tourance and Karoo for touring and adventure routes, and the Cruisetec and ME 888 Marathon Ultra for classic and cruiser motorcycles. Enduro and motocross tyres are represented by the MC360 and Enduro 3 Sahara, while the Roadtec Scooter is made for scooters. The Racetec RR and Racetec RR Slick track tyres grew out of Metzeler's Road Racing experience: Metzeler tyres are the official tyres of the Isle of Man TT races from 2023 to 2027.
