Headway is a Chinese tyre brand owned by Shandong Hengyu Technology Group, a manufacturer based in Shandong province. The company was founded in June 2010 in the economic development zone of Guangrao County and specialises in manufacturing radial tyres for passenger cars and trucks. According to the manufacturer, annual capacity reaches 12 million passenger car tyres, the products are certified to ISO 9001, TS 16949, ECE, DOT and REACH requirements, and they are sold in more than 50 countries. In price terms Headway is a budget-segment brand.
The range includes the HR601 and HU901 summer tyres, the HW-series winter tyres (HW501, HW503, HW505, HW508) and the PMS01 all-season tyres. Available diameters run from R14 to R20 inches. The winter models carry the 3PMSF mountain and snowflake symbol, which confirms their suitability for winter conditions, while the all-season tyres suit a temperate climate with changeable weather.
