Hankook Winter i*cept iZ3 (W636) - a friction (studless) Nordic-type winter tyre for passenger cars, designed for harsh northern winter conditions. The new i*cept rubber compound with resins and flexible polymers provides grip on ice, 3D winter sipes with sharp edges improve grip on ice and on wet and dry roads, while the wide V-shaped pattern with 24% wider lateral grooves channels water away efficiently. Compared with its predecessor, braking on ice is improved by 9%, acceleration on ice by 11% and handling on dry roads by 19%, while service life is extended by 30%.
