Goodyear Efficientgrip

Goodyear EfficientGrip - a summer tyre for passenger cars built around low rolling resistance. It was the first Goodyear tyre with FuelSaving Technology - a lightweight construction, a patented CoolCushion layer and a new rubber compound that together reduce the energy needed to roll the tyre. The manufacturer states that the weight of the tyre has been cut by around 10 percent and rolling resistance by 18 percent, which means lower fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions. At the same time the tyre keeps to Goodyear's requirements for handling and braking on wet surfaces. The model has been awarded the Nordic Ecolabel. Also suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles.
