Blackarrow is a Chinese tyre brand owned by Uninova International Development Limited, which has offices in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Uninova owns the brand's trademark and is its sole supplier worldwide, while the tyres themselves are made at a state-owned factory in China with an annual capacity of 24 million tyres according to the manufacturer's figures. The manufacturer calls Blackarrow a reliable and affordable brand. The Blackarrow range includes tyres for passenger cars, SUVs and light commercial vehicles - summer, all-season and winter tyres. Rīgas Riepas carries Blackarrow summer tyres: the P15 and P16 sports models, the P15A, and the H57, H58 and P03. According to the manufacturer, the P15's groove layout and angle are designed for quieter driving, while the P16's stiff tread blocks improve handling on dry and wet roads. This is a budget choice for the Latvian summer if price is the main criterion.
