About the brand

MAK

MAK is an Italian alloy rim manufacturer, and the brand's range includes car rims as well as rim accessories - hub centric rings, centre caps, logos and keys for locking wheel bolts. The company MAK S.p.A. was set up in 1991 in the province of Brescia by two local businesses - the aluminium foundry Fonderie Cervati and the automotive distributor Magri Gomme. Its headquarters are in Carpenedolo, and the manufacturer states that since 2024 every MAK rim has been made entirely in Italy - from concept and design to production and finishing. The company also manages the brands NPK, MATE (TPMS sensors) and TRK (truck rims). Alongside universal designs, MAK develops the "Dedicated" series, whose alloy rims are styled for specific premium car brands such as BMW. Many models have Italian NAD and German TÜV/KBA type approval. When choosing a rim, the bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET) and centre bore (DIA) should be checked.
