Continental STARTER L5

Continental STARTER L5 - a battery for cars with 100Ah of capacity. Case code L5R means 353 x 175 x 190 mm, and those dimensions are what decide whether the battery drops into the tray. Cold cranking amps are 900 A to the EN standard, and the colder it gets the more that figure matters. The positive terminal sits on the right, looking at the terminals with the battery upright. The 100Ah capacity sets how long the battery can feed the electrical consumers with the engine off.
