Sonix Snowrover 966 - a studless winter tyre that the manufacturer builds in diameters from 13 to 17 inches with speed ratings from T to H. Sonix highlights the wedge-shaped tread pattern, whose blocks are set at a shallow angle to improve anti-slip grip and traction. The 3D shoulder design increases the contact area and clears snow out of the shoulder as the tyre rolls, while the updated 3D sipes provide maximum grip on icy roads and keep the blocks rigid when the grooves close up. Z-shaped grooves on the outer edge improve the drainage of melting snow and grip on ice. The tyre carries the M+S and 3PMSF winter markings. Also suitable for electric and hybrid vehicles.
