Michelin Pilot Street is a tyre for scooters and everyday city riding. Michelin describes it as an all-round tyre for urban, everyday use, and its product page lists Scooter use. The manufacturer highlights a tread pattern whose grooves run from the centre out to the shoulder: they help clear water away and give grip on wet roads. In Michelin's size table almost every size is marked Tubeless/Tubetype, so it can be run either without an inner tube or with one. The sizes stocked here cover both axles - widths from 80 to 160 mm and diameters of 14, 16, 17 and 18 inches. The Pilot Street Radial is a separate, radial-construction model using different Michelin technology.
